I'm planning a family reunion pretty soon. I love cooking. I'm planning to go to culinary arts. The question is is there any type of foods that go with eggs? I want to make a side that would be good to mix with eggs, like soft boiled eggs. Any great ideas?

I'm not making breakfast. It's an entree, or one of them I want to put something else with that boiled egg (it's the preperation of that egg that is special)....what about stuffing? something that would be sticking together enough to make like a ball of something. I don't want to make a breakfast type, it's a side....anyone understand? Any great iron chefs or sous chefs out there? :(

If I understand you correctly you already have a technique for the eggs, and are looking for side dishes that are not breakfast? Asparagus goes great with egg, as does hollendaise sauce or bernaise. Perhaps a rice dish or risotto. My daughter is vegetarian, and she eats eggs often as her main course. Your stuffing idea sounds good too. Perhaps you could make some sort of nest for the egg? I would love to know how you are preparing the egg...can you email me? I am always looking for more creative ways to fix them. A twice baked potato would be lovely with eggs too- sadly, I am allergic to them and can no longer enjoy them, but I love fixing them for my little girl
