You may have allergies or mild migraine headaches that can be triggered by cheese, red wine, MSG, bacon, etc. Do a search on migraine triggers and note the food you've eaten the next time you get a headache.

There are many factors that can contribute to having constant headaches.
One could be that you are underweight. Second you might need glasses, your eyes are straining to see better and that causes your headache or staring at the computer screen.
Third you maybe lacking some kind of vitamin in your body or not enough sleep.
... Fourth, no one on this website will tell you exactly what is wrong, we can only give you some ideas. The best thing to do is see a doctor, especially when it has to do with YOUR health.
ps you might just be stressed out and make these headaches even worse.
See a doc and I hope you feel better.

Not a lot of detail, but perhaps you're waiting too long to eat, or not eating enough. Most dieticians recommend six small meals a day. Try lower amounts of food, and increasing the frequency. Above all you should see a doctor.

I had horrible headaches 2 yrs ago. It was a ticking pain that shot accross my head and it was just horrible. I was prescribed Zoloft to manage my stress and Maxalt (for migranes) and that seems to have cured the problem. Get an MRI or a CT scan done to make sure there is nothing more serious going on in your head. Wish you health.

You could be allergic to something found in foods. If it's very broad, try eliminating processed foods first to see if its a preservative, work your way down and see what happens.

You are probably allergic to an ingredient.MSG has that effect on a lot of people. I would consult a nutritionist or Allergist to find out what you are allergic to.
