She is a 7 year old female pitbull ,we noticed it swollen and droopy, and we thought maybe she got bit by a spider or something? it's been about a week and does'nt seem to be getting any better, could she have had a stroke? haven't notice anything different about her as far as her character or any physical limitations. what could it be?

It could be a bad tooth or that she has a sinus infection or several other things. Take her to the vet tomorrow and find out for sure.
Oh OK then, take her to the vet and have her thyroid checked. Sometimes if their thyroid functions are off it shows as a drooping of one side of the face. The fix is easy meds are cheep.

that would be a reason to get to the vet i suppose they could have had a stroke but i would worry more about some kind growth under the skin, because spider bites usually go away in a few days

"Most of us have some idea of what happens when someone has a stroke: they are going along normally and then suddenly a group of nerves does not work. "

If it was swollen, I'd say she might have a root abcess. Definitely something to get checked out with a vet.

Probably not an allergic reaction, if she has had it this long. Possibly a bad tooth. Take her to the vet.
