my nose is runny and it feels like its itchy in the nostrils.but i cant really itch it. and my eyes got teary today at church wen my nose felt itchy. i always sneeze but i dont feel like i have a cold.

i had the same indications before i find out my noce allergy
keep away from smoke, and dont take any drops without doctors' permission, and avoid weird smells

Sounds like allergies, and this might be gross but if your snot is clear, not yellowish, then it is an allergy :)
