pyle handbrake wire how can i bypass?

i am assuming this is for a dvd player that has to be wired to the handbrake if not hooking the wire up at all doesnt do it then you need to hook it up to a 12 volt source that is hot when the key is in the on position some cars thats the cigarette lighter,power windows ,rear defrost tap into 1 of those wires at the fuse box
