Need ideas...?

Can you give me some ideas on what to do for spring break?? I'm not traveling, and my b/f is coming to the city from stony brook university. I live in new york

Why don't you meet your b/f at Stony Brook and then travel out to the North Fork alll the way to Orient Point. It's a nice, scenic ride along the farms. Then if you have enough money take the ferry over to the Connecticut side. From there it's a quick ride to Newport, Rhode Island.
