My cousin from Ukraine has been trying to come to this country to visit and was in my father's will to get some property and even though we send an invitation and guaranteed her insurance and passage back; they rejected her claim for a visa.. How can she get a student visa? She has one child?

When People try to come here legal it takes time and numbers from each country we allow per year. Yet illegals just come and are criminals just by coming here. They feel they should be able to break any law they want just to come and get our jobs. Cost us taxes, welfare and auto citizen ships when they have children here.
It is a shame that ones that apply legal have to wait as long as they do, yet we can not accept just everyone that applies, it would be a flood of people.

The American embassy in Ukraine is very difficult. I know lot of stories when people trying to visit relatives for years. There should be reason why they did not give visa and they must give explanation. I think she should try again visitor visa.
