I would say that a happy life is very important. As far as the tidy house, it depends on how much stress the mess causes you. For me personally, when my house is neat and in order, I feel much more relaxed. So, having a tidy house is part of having a happy life. :-)

I think it is important to have a tidy house especially if there's more than one person living in the household. Now a happy life just depends on the individual. To some it's more important than others.

How about a happy house and a tidy life... I would choose a happy life over a tidy house, but then when my house is not tidy, I feel not as happy...and when I am not has happy, I don't feel particularly tidy... but when I tidy my house, I start to feel happy... and when I am happy I want to keep things tidy...

A happy life. For many people a tidy house would not make for a happy life. Order doesn't make happiness.

i think having a tidy house leads to a happy life cos when my house is a mess from the kids im unhappy, but when its nice and tidy i have time to do other things other than cleaning which in return makes me happy.

My mother who incidentally kept her home clean and tidy but not like a show home always said if something came up and for example she had to go and help someone "The house will be there when I'm gone". So it is, she died 16 years ago!!! So definitely a happy house is more important.
