Those look like the Shimano SPD type pedals. Like the other responder mentioned, they may not be the actual Shimano brand, but they certainly look like an SPD type. As an owner of several different brands of pedals with this configuration, I can tell you that SPDs are nearly UNIVERSAL, so any shoes with SPD style cleats mounted on them (regardless of brand) should work.
