What passport does she hold? The answer will very much depend on that.

Absolutely not.
She needs a valid passport, that does not expire before 6 months
and if she is from a country that requires a visa for entrance, she must have a valid one
If she does not have both, she will either not be allowed to boad a plane, or in the unlikely event she gets on board, she will be sent back without entry.

Visa or passport? If her passport has expired then she won't be able to fly here. You only need a visa if you are planning to stay here for more than 3 months I think. Or work here.
