i want to ask out...he likes me...i like him,
i am just not sure if i should ask him or if he should ask me.
and also if i were to ask him out what would be a cute way to do it??

find out what he likes....say he likes bowling as an example. Ask him if he is good....he'll say pretty good....u say so am I I bet I can beat u....he'll say no way....u say y dont we find out this weekend....and there u have urself a date lol. Just make sure when u go to act in such a way that he knows its a date

I maybe old fashtion be I think he should ask you out he think he is in control. But he not.

OMG there is this cute penguin thing, it goes like something like this but I changed it a little:
