Why does she fight with you and how old is she? Is there a way you could make it so you don't see her at all? Does she not like the way you take care of your kids or house or is she just the type that looks for trouble and will fight at anything? Get your other neighbors involved. Odds are they don't like her either.

Try to ignore her. I know it's easier said than done, but she obviously isn't happy with her life and is trying to bring you down. Don't bite when she starts in on you. Walk away. If she keeps it up, keep calling the police. Maybe she will get the message.

Call the police and sign a harrassment warrant, it worked for me, no problems since.
