Hi. Listen I'm trying to get my bff to like me. She is sorta gothic though. I have tried becoming emo to please her but that didn't work. What should I do? Were going out with Otis and Betsy tonight as a friendly "date" so I need to know soon. Thanks!

yea, ok, first of all, don't become something else to please someone else, thats just wrong
second, be yourself, thats all you can be, be yourself and confident in yourself
third, be funny, girls like humor, they like to laugh
with confidence and humor you can win a girl, and if you can't win this one, then to hell with her and go find another one

Honey, just be yourself. The very worst thing you can do is to try to be something that you are not. That would be a disaster and would come off looking like a fool. Be open, honest, kind, funny and above all be a gentleman. If that doesn't win her over, then move on. Good luck and have a great time.
