it is after all just a theory believe system , right? no real event what so ever? how will I know for sure it is real??
give me the hard core evidence - I can asure you I can handle it!

You are right to ask questions. Religion is made up by men, and every religious writing is made up by men. Powerful religions have kept the bible around for all this time, because it is a tool of control. The current crop of messiahs are no more genuine than any of the previous ones. Be true to yourself. THINK! Good question.

I think the greatest proof that what the Bible says about God/Jesus is true is because NO ONE from that time ever refuted it. Not even the Jews. They did not believe he was the king of kings but they also did not counter this belief with anything else. It stands to reason that if what was said was just the vague imaginings of a bunch of kooks, that someone would have come out and said so, don't you think? Even the so called "missing" books of the Bible which were written some 150-300 years after Christ did not come up with an alternative explanation of what happened.

Just a theory belief system, no real event? That Jesus lived, preached, was crucified and put in the tomb, and that 3 days later the tomb was empty is an historical fact. What some people still debate is WHY the tomb was empty. Christians believe he rose from the dead, others believe he wasn't dead, and some say his followers stole his body.
So it is based on a Real event. Faith is a gift, when you have you will know it is real.

Yeah, there have been plenty of "kookoo" throughout history. The Bible however is about 2000 years old. It has been read by some of the greatest minds of all time, some of the greatest philosophers, scientists, thinkers, etc. Point blank: It's still around.

If you had even read it for its philosophical content, you would not be asking this question about a bunch of "kookoos."

The Bible is full of "hints" to what New Age material is bringing out today. In fact, Christ
predicted the New Age, when He said there is nothing we will not find out about before His return.
What is going to happen is a geological upheaval. A Natural Earth change. But there will be serious
side effects on other dimensional levels.
Christ said noone will have to doubt when He returns to save us from the worst of it. For His coming will be like lightning, flashing from the East to the West. Every "eye", (minds eye), like we see pictures in our mind, will see Him. In a vision.

Bible is supported by fulfilled prophecies.
For example: Jesus said that whoever believes on Him should be filled with the Holy Ghost (John 7:38,39)
The day of pentecost after Jesus' death saw the beginning of the fulfillment of this prophecy (Acts chapter 2).
This prophecy is still being fulfilled this day. People are being filled with the Holy Ghost all over the world, as evidenced by speaking in tongues. There is much evidence that speaking in tongues is not just "babbling" nonsense.

Christians believe that Jesus resurrected from the dead and did many other miracles. As far as I know the dude in Miami hasn't done anything but flap his jaws. That's the difference.

well,it depends on what part of the "scriptures" you're talking about.there is archaeological evidence of some of the bibles stories .some of them might be invented but they had a great importance in the creation of our civilization and should not be cast away so quickly.the heart of our justice and moral systems are based on them .
now if you're talking about "prophecies" and such matters its to the discretion of each person to decide weather to believe or not.if i may add, personally i prefer skepticism to complete belief.

I can't give you the evidence you seek, because there isn't any. The biblical tales were handed down orally before writing became common, and if you have ever played "Telephone" you know how that works. I suggest:
