Yes, the feathers will grow back and the cockatiel will fly. I have a cockatiel and need to clip his wing every so often as he is out of his cage a lot, and I leave the patio door open for fresh air.

The feathers do grow back buts its best for their own safety to keep the feathers clipped although I have one that still flys with his wings clipped

The wings and feathers will grow back sometimes it takes as long as a year and a half but they will grow back and the bird will be able to fly.

Yes. A birds feathers will grow back on a regular basis. You might have to cut them every few months or so. When there wings are cut, they cant fly far, but keep an eye on them and they will grow back sooner or later.

Yes-If you don't want them to fly you have to clip their wings regularly-I'm not sure why you are asking but remember that a bird that is free in the house and can fly can also fly out a window or door-Good luck

Yes, When I was a kid we used to raise chickens and we had to clip there feathers every year.
