Friendly, chatty, and you dont have to ask for a drink coz they keep an eye on your glass and yep we have a damn good one in our local!!

The perfect bartender knows how to mix drinks well and is good at reading his customers to know if they want to chat or just be left alone. He or she would also be effecient in waiting on the customers and bringing drinks in a timely way.

The perfect bartender must first know how to pour the perfect pint.
He/She must be aware of the order in which people are waiting to be served.
He/She must be smartly dressed.
He/She must be polite to customers at all times.
He/She must be completely trustworthy.
He/She must be a good listener.
He/She must also be a good conversationalist.
He/She must make every customer feel that they are important.
He/She must be able to make decisions clearly and without prejudice.
Finally the bartender must have a brilliant personality which makes customers want to return.

Someone who can tell the order of people waiting at the bar! I hate it when I'm standing at the bar and people just walk up and the bartender serves them first. Unforgivable, they should at least be keeping an eye on who is waiting.

Someone who has the gift of the gab&can take at least 4-5different orders at once&make a customer feel as if he has been a regular even if it is the first time they have frequented the place.
