Maybe it is a case of not reading the signals well enough before you ask. There are signs that someone wants to be with you as your girlfriend. With practice and more experience, you will get better at it and will, no doubt find the girl for you.

Is it because you do it too soon? Perhaps you should go slower. Maybe they feel cornered or pressured and are not ready yet. Or if you are doing everything right, it's perhaps just because they are not the right girls for you. If they don't "feel it" for you....they are not the right ones. Be their friend without any pressure, and see if anything develops.
A lil secret: When you like a girl...dont be too available. Show your interest, be dependable, but also have your own life going.
