My brothers friend was over today. He's my age. I walked downstairs (where they were) to get my pants out of the laundry and his friend says "Hey, Raely" and I say "What" and he says "I love you" and I pretended I didn't hear and he said "Raely!!!" and I'm like "WHAT!!" and he said "I love you" and then I looked at him wierd and he said "I'M KIDDING! CHILL OUT!" And then my bro, his friend, and I went outside and his friend put his arm around me and he's like "Hey baby" and then he's just like "I'M KIDDING!!!" I knew him for 7 years and we've always been friends and now he's doing this. What is he trying to tell me!

His actions should be telling you that he is an immature boy who doesn't have the balls to step to you like a real MAN should. Leave him alone (who wants to get mixed up with a brother's friend, anyways?) and find yourself a guy who is upfront and direct with his feelings for you.

some guys are afraid of rejection... he dont know when to get to the point of telling you the truth because you might not believe in what he says because both of you are friends...
well try being serious, look what his reactions will be, then it will sum up everything.
- but take caution to some guys who really just fooling around. that when they say they are kidding they really mean it.... just look through his eyes...

Maybe he means it, but since you are kind of giving him the sign to back off, he says he's kidding afterwards. Next time he does something like that, take it seriously and see what he does.

he likes u but hes not sure if you like him, he wants to see if u like him or not but when u gave him that look, he thought u might think hes weird so he said hes just kidding so that he doesnt embarrass himself. if u like him then tell him, or if u dont, *evil smiley* when he says i love u say i love u 2 or something , then when he gives u a surprised look or a confused one, say 'im just kidding!!'
