Your kids might be brats but don't cook them and don't waste a beer on them

Just put the brats on a wire rack in a deep pan with a lid. The best way then is to put them in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 45-60 minutes. This will steam them in the beer. Crack open another one......put them on a hard hoggie roll with some sauteed onions and peppers and alittle mustard and bon appetite!!!

I saute the fresh brats in a little bit of butter and lightly brown them on all sides. Once browned, I add roughly chopped onions and a little smashed garlic to the pan and just let them get lightly coated in the butter - then I add enough beer to cover everything. Cook until done - voila! They're delicious!

We cook our brats and even hamburgers on the grill and then soak them in a lg pot or nesco. Use about 3 cans of beer, 1 stick of butter, and a lg. sliced onion, depending on the size of the pot.

chop a whole cabbage, rinse thru, then place in a dutch oven. place brats on top, put some coursely chopped onions, some pepper and pour enough beer to cover the cabbage. simmer on med-low for about 40 min. this is yummy! serve with mash potatoes!

Where are you people from? you slow cook them over lump charcoal and then you put them in a slow cooker on low with kraut,onions and beer any other way is a violation of Bratwurst law

just put them in a pan and cover them with the beer, let them simmer in it and then you can finish cooking them in a skillet or better yet place them on your grill,to brown them up.
I like to saute onions to serve with them
just cook them in a little butter

its very easy my boyfriend does it all the time you get a car of beer and soak them in the beer the longer you soak the stronger they taste like beer then you barbucue them ever herd of beer can chicken i know how to do that one too
