I've been looking but don't trust alot of the sites out there does anyone know of one that doesn't want your first born and is reputable for their teachings. I would really like to learn more about it.

I am looking at witchcraft because it is the only thing out there that comes close to working with your spiritual energy in such a way to influence your path.

The best way to learn witchcraft is to get some good, solid reading under your belt and then practice, practice, practice. I haven't come across a website yet that offers a decent/reputable training system, including witchschool.com (ANY group that offers training to just anyone without first screening them gets a big thumbs-down in my books).

I'm a Wiccan witch, and one book I always recommend for beginners is "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" by Scott Cunningham. It is a fairly easy read and it covers a lot of the basics.

I also have an ebook called "A Practical Guide to Witchcraft and Magic Spells" by Cassandra Eason which is quite a handy text for beginners. I'd be happy to email it to you; if you like you can contact me and I'll see about getting it to you.

You might also want to try to find a teacher who actually lives in your area. The Witches of the World section on Witchvox might help:

Just use the pull-down menus on the left to find individuals, groups, shops, and events in your area.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to email me.

The unfortunate thing about something like witchcraft is the sheer amount of unreliable material you will find.

I personally don't think any of it's real, but what I think won't change your mind.

There will be a lot of people on the internet willing to sell you all kinds of books and items about witchcraft to make a quick $ off people just getting into it, so just be careful.

you might be able to find one through the site Witchvox.com. They have essays and such about witchcraft and pagan issues. You may be able to find local contacts in your area who could help you find sources that have worked for them. Blessed Be.

you can also go to the library and check out books on the subject.
Take everything you read with a grain of salt. There are lots of different opinions, you are the only one who can dertermine what is right for you. What is right for one is not necessarily right for all.

Reputable teachings and witchraft in the same paragraph?
Why not learn ceramics or physics or a foreign language. Life is too short to waste it on nonsense.

If you do witchcraft you are only gonna open the doors of hell in your life, it's not the way life is meant to be. Please save your soul and forget about it and do what is right. God bless you!

Get the Harry Potter videos. It's fantasy fiction but it's entertaining and it's no sillier than Wicca or Paganism.

It will do you much harm, believe me.
