age to move?

Right now i am 15 and turning 16 in a couple months. I live with my grandparents and my aunt is moving into a new house. I was wondering if i would be able to live with her or i have to go to court or anything like that when i turn 16. I also get money every month because of my mothers death, what would i do about that if i can move?

You must live with who ever has legal Guardianship over you.

sorry.. im only 13- but im really sorrry your mom died!! thats sad... mine died when i was 6 years old.. i feel for you=[
