You can go to infieldparking.com and invite him to your page you can leave him comments....
Jr. is the president, but many of the Nascar drivers are on there.

If you want to send Tony Stewart something, the best (and probably only way) that you would be able to get something to him that might actually be seen by him is by contacting his fan club. All of his internet sights (MySpace, Infield Parking, etc.) are all run by his Fan Club.
