I saw an answer that said "HGH" NEVER has there EVER been any height increasing hormone. CHROMOSOMES determine height. Your body is programmed to start or stop growing.
Had to get that out.. HGH bunch is the most ignorant pile of fools out there.

I asked a doctor if my childs height could be effected by diet, short of malnutrition.

the answer I got (and i followed it up with research was).. no effect at all.
we are all programed from birth to be a certain height. And short(npi) of chronic illness will get to that height. THe difference being a healthy 1.8 meter tall guy or an unhealthy 1.8 meter tall guy.
Of course, if you have bad posture, the effect of being x feet/meters tall can be reduced.

Growing is a matter of genetics, not vitamins and radio ads.

total nutrition, give the body everything it needs to reach maximum health and potential growth. Check with a health food store (not a vitamin store) and make sure you are not starving your body by eating garbage from fast "food" places because it has no nutritional value at all, that is why people are still hungry after eating at mikkie ds or bkings it is not even fit for animals nor humans seven minutes after preparation,,, hmmm try going healthy and see how good you feel, see your excess fat fall off and watch your energy level and metabolism soar... good luck
