Long time ago when I visit a church with a friend with invites me, I witness an event where the carter or priest or whatever he is (because i dunno who he was and i only know that he reads out the bible content to people.) He was praying for his wife who is a star in Singapore and about to head for USA. Aren't priest can't be married? I thought that priest are like the monks in the asia region who cannot marry? Is it possible that the person you speak of is a Cantor? A man who does special reading in the Jewish synagogue? If not, I dont have a clue. Priests in the Catholic church are not allowed to marry but priests in some other churches are allowed. I am not aware of any other restrictions placed on ministers or pastors.
