Alright, I love straight hair and absolutely hate my natural curly perm hair. I straighten it with an iron during the winter, and it looks really nice. When winter passes and humitey comes, my evil curls are always taking control. I'll walk out of the house with straight hair, and within seconds, the humidity turns it into an unbelivable ugly perm. I can't permantly strraigten it or relax it because my ahir is colored and it would really damage it. Can anyone help me, please, my hair can get soooo embarrassing. Thank you!

Try Herbal Essence: Dangerously Straight Shampoo, Conditioner, Mousse, Hairsray, and finishing spray. A straighener would help, and if you sray hairspray directly after you straiten, it will help.

You need to experiment with products. I found tony & guys products best of all but even though my hair is quite curly, I find it really easy to straighten (sorry) so you might not have the same effect.
When I bought my last pair of straighteners, the assistant offered me a product that keeps your hair straight even if it gets slightly damp, I turned it down as I'm happy with my existing product. Next time I'm in that shop I'll look it up for you & let you know what it's called.

Okay what you need to do is wash your hair first with sun-silk straight hair shampoo and conditioner, then you leave it in for about 15 minutes. After that you should straighten hair with an Ion straightener it has up th 450 degrees. When you go outside be sure to spray you hair with a moisture and shine spray, it should work also don't forget to use grease or gel. Cause it worked for me, I have super frizzy curly hair and my pro hairstylist to do me to do it. GOOD LUCK.

you can always get a japanese hair straightening. it lasts for about 1 year and maybe after 7 months you'll need touch ups because of your roots growing out. it's expensive but it makes the hair look healthier and shinier. and it's natural. it's not as harsh as the other stuff but talk to a hair stylist first to see it that's the route you should take! good luck!

after you straighten it, put it up in a ponytail when you are in damp or humid areas. it will keep it off your neck which will sweat and make it curl. bring a brush to comb out the waves from the ponytail when you are in a drier, cooler environment. it may still have a few waves in it but it will keep it much straighter than when its down in humid areas.

blow ur hair straight then twist it into a bun when ur outside. let it down just before u go in. That's a limited solution though. Perhaps you can try frizz-ease. You can get it at Wal-Mart and it even comes in trial packs
