I think im fat and i really wanna lose atleast 10lbs within 2 weeks. So, please help me.

you are defanitely NOT fat! don't lose weight bc you will be upset with the result if you can succeed!

You are a 14 year old girl who sounds fairly slim and think you're fat? That's just about the saddest thing I've heard in a while.

If something in your life is influencing you into thinking this, you'd better try to eliminate it because it isn't healthy. If it's all you and your friends and family try to tell you that your weight is fine, then go see a doctor because it can develop into a more dangerous problem.

ok right here is going: consume a hearty breakfast and, then, approximately 4 to 6 hours when you end breakfast, consume a brilliant lunch. interior the middle, consume stuff like carrots that has fibre yet no energy. between lunch and dinner, proceed to consume stuff which will fill y our tummy yet which has no energy like a nutritional bar or a fruit.. You don't want to lose 10lb in two weeks because that would be bad for you, eat well ie fruit, veg, lean meat, rice, pasta. Avoid fatty food, chips, cake etc. Do 1/2hr exercise a day.
Don't be hard on yourself, I know you'll have heard it before but it's what's in your heart that really counts.

Sounds perfect. Do you want to look like a woman?.... or a little underdeveloped girl? Women look the best when they have some curves, because thats when they look the most biologically healthy. Don't focus on pounds, focus on tone.

I'm 5'5 and 230 pounds so no dear you are NOT fat by any means!!! You are perfect! Just eat healthy and exercise daily to stay in shape.

you are an absolutely perfect weight for your height. to be honest, you could even gain a few pounds. i'm 5'6 and weigh 128 lbs, and I'm told that i look great. dont be so hard on yourself, you are your own worst critic..and everyone has doubt about their body image once in a while..you'll get through it!

10 lbs in 2 weeks isnt realistic

110 is considered the minimum healthy weight for your height

You don't need to lose weight, instead of diet exercise. Such and speed walking that will build muscle and tone what you have. Good luck honey!

average weight for small frame is around 117-130

medium is around 127-141

and large is around 137-155
