well if it's just a regular cd, you can't...you'll have to burn a new cd, but if it's a rewritable cd...then you can edit the pictures in it.

Yeah, just burn a new CD and throw away the old one or put it in the microwave for about 2-3 seconds.

If the CD is a rewritable CD, you can just delete it though; otherwise, no. You need to burn a new CD.

if it's a CD-R you can only record on it once
but if it's a CD-RW then you can record erase and/or add to the disk as many times as you want

I just bought CD-R's $7.99/30 and noticed that the CD-RW's were $4.99/5 so your looking at a difference of about $0.60 per disk
CD-RW's would be good for doing Back-ups and for students who are constantly dealing with new material
but for just normal use just use the CD-R if you have to toss one it's only $0.40
