I got this idea from Schwans..if you have a vaccum sealer it works great. Instead of preparing the guacamole, half the avocados and remove the pit. Put the extra ingredients in the center of the halves. Sprinkle them with some lemon or lime juice and seal them up with a vacuum sealer. They'll stay fresh for a long time in the freezer. Then just take them out, let them thaw and mash it all up in the bag and squeeze out the guacamole. Yummy and easy!

I see it frozen in the grocery store freezer section, so it must be possible.

I'd say mix it up, put it in a zippy-bag, and squeeze out ALLLL the air, so it doesn't turn brown and nasty.

Since it has a good bit of fat, it should keep for at least a few weeks. You might do better mixing avocadoes with jarred salsa--I don't know that freezing fresh tomatoes is a good idea. I'd say the texture would break down if you froze them. Maybe you could just freeze the avocado chunks and then make the guac after you thaw it out later.

I would not..it is just one of those foods that needs to be fresh everytime you eat it.

no it turns brown. good luck
no amount of lemon or lime will stop that.
