go to sleep with your in hair in rollers and then just remove them in the morning after you have done your make up regime

I have waist-length hair and I love to wear it down, but I'll put it up in the summer. What I do is hop in the shower and wash my hair first thing when I wake up. Invest in a good water-wicking hair towel (you can find them at beauty supply shops). They really do a good job of getting excess water out of your hair and you can keep it wrapped around your hair whuile you get dressed and eat breakfast. Right before I leave, I take the towel off and brush my hair out. As I drive to work, I keep fluffing my hair at stoplights. When I get to work, I pop into the women's restroom and style it. My hair's in good shape, so I really don't need hairspray or mousse. Just a clip in the summer. This also cuts out the blowdryer which only damages your hair.

Shower at night, dry it, and put it in a pony tail. Then you have time to do your hair in the morning. Headbends are also a quick fix.
