When the budget in a church isn't what it should be because congregation members don't pay tithe like they should why are staff members fired. it does not make

If the congregation does not obey the word to tithe, there will not be funds in the church to take care of the staff.
Malachi 3:10
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Look at it from a different perspective. If a political candidates campaign is suffering due to a lack of donations, the person in charge of fund-raising is fired. It's a business decision...nothing more.

Did you know that Christians were NEVER instructed to tithe?
Before you go wacko on me, realize that there were NO CHRISTIANS during Jesus' lifetime. Until Pentecost after Jesus himself became our Passover lamb the law was in effect. Its system of animal sacrifices, tithes, eye for eye and tooth for tooth... was God's pattern. That law was impossible for man to follow perfectly, so everyone fell short of God's requirements in some way.

Because they are manipulator. They do not accept people able to think by themselves. That is against Human Rights. Unfortunately, if people are not giving, then there is not enough funds to pay the employees, so someone must go. I have to work for money to pay the bills. If my employer can't pay me then they need to let me go so I can make a living.

Because the church pastor/priest does not have enough faith to pray to god for funds. After all the bible does say "seek and ye shall find, and ask and it will be given to you".
They dont ask.
I wonder why?

Because they don't want to volunteer their time for the church like they should.
