I saw the nutrition facts, and they look pretty healthy so I'm interested in trying Egg Beaters. But do they taste like real eggs, both in baking/cooking and alone?

not really... if you just want some scrambled eggs, you can definetly taste the difference. if youre baking, then it doesnt make must difference. and it depends on what youre cooking. if its an egg based dish, its just not as satisfying.

Yes they do. Egg beaters ARE eggs. It's just the whites (yolks removed). Many people w/ high blood pressure or other various health problems use these instead of real eggs.
As far as baking is concerned, there is information on the side of the container about how to measure the beaters to equal however many eggs you need.
Good luck!

yes they do, and substitute excellently for regular egss. the only problem is that you're pretty much limited to scrambled eggs. but taste-wise there is no discernible difference.
