put peroxide on a cue tip saturate for a few minutes -repeate till u get the results u seek then rinse off

If you colour your hair, use a bit of the hair colour, applying with a Q-tip. Leave on for only about 5 to 10 minutes. If you don't colour your hair, just buy a lighter shade of eyebrow pencil. Revlon makes a fabulous one available at most drug stores and Walmart.

Yeah, just get some creme bleach for facial hair, and read the directions carefully. Start with a very short time, the stuff works pretty fast. If you leave it on too long, there's no going back. Jolen makes this bleach, and Sally Hansen too.

You can use the creme bleach that you can buy for use on unwanted hair - but you would have to be extraordinarily careful about getting any of it into your eyes. Personally - I would save up the $$ and get it done professionally - much safer and the results will probably be better as well.

Try bleaching them. Put some bleach on them and the longer you leave the bleach the lighter they get.
