The true reflection of Christianity is a cloud in front of the sun.

I would hope that you are genralizing as to the behavior of Christians. I will answer your question based on that assumption.

Even if you spend your entire life doing good deeds, you will still not see heaven because according to Christians (myself included), believing in and accepting Christ as your savior is the key to heaven...nothing else matters without it. I would admit that you would be an exceptional human being who would add many good things to this planet but you would none the less still be a sinner. No one other that Jesus himself has walked this earth free of sin.

As for church, a church affiliation is not necessary to be a Christian or to be saved. That depends on your personal relationship with your creator and His Son Jesus.

If you have met people who call themselves Christians that judge the daylights out of people, they are not true Christians. God said: Judge not, for you will also be judged accordingly. As to pushing religion down your throat, it is our calling to bring the word to others. It was Jesus command to us all. However, I hope that when I do it, the person in question would not feel that I was pushing my religion. Faith is a choice and it can not be forced upon anyone.

Yes, you would still be a concern to God. He loves you and would like nothing better than to see you take your wonderful deeds and match them up with a deep and abiding faith in Jesus. That is the picture of a true Christian.

I see an obvious flaw in the 'accepting who they are for what they are' thing
Other than that , yes, you live a good life- but Christianity is NOT what you described- what you described is human nature- everyone wants to be right, everyone is prideful, everyone sins and falls short of the glory of God. If any man says he is not a sinner then he is a liar.
Even if you never actually committed certain sin, does not mean you don't have the propensity for it- our prideful nature will allow for anything given the right circumstances.
What is a concern to God is not you comparing yourself to others who call themselves Christian- but your personal relationship with Him- your accepting the sacrifice of His son to cleanse you of your sinful nature.

You forget the MOST IMPORTANT thing that God is interested in. REPENT of your SIN,and believe that His Son Jesus the Christ died and rose again to save your soul from the Lake of Fire. As for all of the things you mentioned they are as "filthy rags" and not a true expression of Gods Love towards each other.

The true reflection of Christianity is Christ.

While your actions are noble, part of what Christ modeled for us is submission to the will of the Father. Dependence on God. Obedience.

It isn't about judging others, it's about giving yourself to God and living your life in His service. Church is not about being seen, but about giving comfort, encouragement, and support - and worshiping God with a thankful heart.

Whatever you do, God is concerned with you. ;o)

The answer is pretty much contained in your' question--Christlikeness. "But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory...." .."And do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may find out what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect." "..we are to grow up in all aspects into Him,....even Christ." [For good measure, read Colossians 3:12-14].

No....we are all human, so we can all make mistakes. I say, live your life as God would want you to do...and by merely showing your Christan side. People will want to mirror you. It is like the saying, if you want to talk to God...don't preach on the corner...go into your bedroom and close the door and pray.

And, on a side note. I don't think Christian means judging other poor souls and pushing your religion onto others. That sounds like a Mormon or jahobus. (however you spell that) Good luck, and don't sweat the small stuff!

Maybe in the eyes of God, you don't seem as good, as you do to yourself. Compared to God your goodness is like a filthy cloth. If you were judged just on that, your own human works, you would fail.

However, the believer is judged not on their own works, but their acceptance of the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ, which can remove all sin. Without Jesus you are not reconciled to God the Father. You haven't made it pass step one.

A true Christian enjoys a living, loving relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Our relationship with God became broken when we sinned. The punishment for sin is death. God sent Jesus to take the punishment for every sinner on this globe. Now God offers us the gift of forgiveness for all our sins, all we have to do is accept that gift. Anyone who accepts this gift and gives his life in gratefulness to Jesus has eternal life and will not be judged for his sins after he dies.
So, the true reflection of Christianity is not good works, but a life of love toward God and others in thankfulness for what Jesus has done for me.

Sources:
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

Ephesians 2:8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith— and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
10 For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

It is entirely appropriate to do what you are doing because it is a reasonable and worthwhile approach to life, and it is equally appropriate to simply leave god out of it. Since it is in principle impossible to either prove or disprove the existence of any sort of god, it provably follows (from the latter) that no such theory is of any possible use in the real world, so there is no point in bothering with any such.
