It depends on the girl, and the guy, but my own preferences are similar to those of most girls.
Girls like nice boys. Not "goody-two-shoes boys", but boys who will be nice to them. Most girls also like boys with a sense of humor. A sense of humor is KEY. Girls also like guys who will be honest and true. Cheaters go KERPLUNK. Also, looks can be important.
