Whats the right weight in stones and lbs for someone of 5'6"

There is no exact right weight for any height...

Go to a search engine and type in BMI calculator and when you find one type your details in and it will tell you the healthy weight range for your specified height.

Between 8.5 stone and 11 stone depending on frame size and muscle mass.

I've recenly joined weight watchers, and they caculate your ideal weight from your height. I am 5' 6" and I need to get to between 8st 8lb's -10st-10lb's. hope this helps.
