If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMEfv
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Here's a great, delicious, healthy, and filling option:
- In a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, make scrambled eggs using skim milk, 1 whole egg and 2 additional egg whites.
- In a Joseph's brand Whole Wheat Oat Bran Flax Seed wrap (only 70 calories, low carb), combine the eggs, 2 tbs heated salsa, and a small bit of reduced fat cheddar cheese.
There you go! A wonderful burrito, low in fat, calories, and carbs, while still being nutritious.
Another option is to make a batch of muffins and freeze them. The night before, place a frozen one in the refrigerator to thaw. By the next morning, you can just warm it in the microwave, and you're good to go!

You can eat a healthy breakfast like "Macedonia"
Sugar
About 1 cup of fresh fruit in season per person:
Apricots
Peaches
Plums
Strawberries
Banana
Kiwi
Cantelope
Apple
Orange
any type of fruits you have and you love
Cut the pieces of fruit into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl and add about 1 cup of sugar. Stir the sugar into the fruit, encouraging the juices that will leave the fruit. Stir again. Let sit.
You can put also whipped cream

I'm not a big fan or breakfast or traditional sweet breakfasts. So I have instant grits. 1 or 2 packages of that with a little butter and some pepper and hot sauce...I'm set. And it's done as fast as it takes to boil a kettle of water.

You could easily make something the night before to reheat. I make oatmeal with cashews and berries in cream in the slow cooker-its ready in the morning, cooks overnight (I use steal cut oats) Leftover white rice heated with a little cream, honey or agave nector, and cinnamon is delish. You can make waffles or pancakes and freeze them into individual servings in zipper bags, and just nuke them in the morning, or heat in a toaster.
