he dumped me after two years he said we gradually came apart he said we are friends then we were talking today an he was saying he really needed to sort his head out about things then he said he needed a break from me an he would contact me definately in two weeks an he said to me no contact an he went prove yaself and he started to laugh i also asked him if he was going to ask me out after the two weeks an he said i wouldnt dare i noticed he was wearing the ring i gave him he also had his mobile turned off then when i left he switched it on what do you think is it definately over or is there a chance please help me thanks

He's trying to let you know that the relationship is over without hurting you. You need to accept it so you can start healing. There's no point in hanging on to lost love. You're still young and there are many guys out there who'll treat you right. I know that two years is a long time and it'll be hard...but listen...it's not the end of the world and when you're with Mr. Right, you'll now and you'll be thankful that your ex ended it. I can only suggest for you to take up other acivities to distract our mind from heart break...enjoy jogging...it'll motivate you and you'll also be working out and shaping your body so you'll be d a m n sexy!!!
