i was wondering if my cousin could claim me i do not live with her but she does take care of my clothes, school, and everything else she buys so would she be able to claim me as a dependant on her tax returns?

No. You've already failed one of the dependency tests: you don't live with her. Even if you move in with her, there are several other dependency tests that must be met.

If you are away living at school, and if you lived with her before you moved to school, then school is just considered a temporary absence, and you do live with her by the IRS definition. If you do not live with her by this definition, she cannot claim you.
If you do meet this definition, then she can claim you if you are a full time student, under age 24.

No, if you did not live with your cousin, she cannot claim you even if she supports you.

IRS Pub 17 is clear on this. The cousin relationship does not qualify as a "qualifying relative" who does not have to live with you.

Since you don't live with her, no she can't claim you as a dependent, and couldn't even if she provided all of your support.
