Silicon dioxide is nasty-it was one of the reasons for the problems associated with silicone breast implants-two different compounds, but the health risks are the same. I would recommend using dehydrated herbs that are slightly larger than the salts to prevent caking. I make homemade rubs and seasonings this way all of the time, to avoid buying the stuff with silicon dioxide in them. Table salt also has anti caking agents, and is easily replaced with sea salt. You will likely need approval from your local health department to sell any food stuff. A commercial kitchen is required in most areas to sell anything to be consumed.
