You sound fine for your height. I don't know your body frame (small, medium or large), but you sound fine. I'm 5'6 and 122 pounds with a medium bone structure and some people have told me I look too thin. I'm actually trying to gain a couple of pounds. I think 125 would be good for me. I suggest you see your doctor. I am going to see mine to see what he says.

A better way is just to stop eating before your stomach feels full. After a week or two of that your appetite will lessen enough for you to take off those 9 pounds. Also, eat slowly, and don't let yourself get very hungry because that makes you want to wolf down your food and then you overeat. If you eat 100 calories less per day, and burn just 100 calories more per day, you can lose ten pounds in about 5 months without even noticing any sacrifice.

You are on the right track, stay away from those fad diets. They aren't sustainable, so once you lose the weight and stop the diet it will come back and then some. You have to modify your lifestyle permanently to keep the weight off permanently, if you do said diet for a month, your weight will come back with it.

Keep up the excercise and a balanced diet and you'll get there. Shortcuts will result in halfassed results.

Well you have an average weight for your height but if you do want to lose weight, try diet pills and excersise. The diet pills control your hunger.

sometimes diets aren't good...try cutting down your food portions and exercise...But not too much...jumping jacks worked for me..and with no diet...i went from a 148 to 125 in about 6 weeks...no changing of what i eat...just exercise ..so good luck..

no, as when you are off this you will gain the weight back plus interest..its called yo yo dieting...try slim fast or trim spa..but you still have to eat right and exercise...most diets are lucky to last nine days as people get bored with them

just try and find a way to make yourself commit to tossing those extra calories.
