Probably b/c you sugar levels in your body are low, it is called hypoglycemia and that is a common symptom. It is not a disease anyone who doesn't eat can experience that.

Your blood sugar levels drop too low and your body reacts to this. It's the opposite of hyperglycemia (diabetes)...what you're experiencing is hypoglycemia and can be quite serious. Be sure to eat, and always carry something with you (snack crackers, candy, etc)

cos ur body is weak as it doesnt have enough energy and nutrients from lack of food. its only an effect of not eating, have some dinner and then ul b fine , shaking will stop

when you don't eat for some time your body will be weak which eventually makes you shake.
