Hi I dont know what type of dandruff you have or if your scalp also is itchy and sore. But I used to suffer from dandruff alot, and it was all because of the shampoo and conditioner i was using, as the fragrance in most shampoos and conditioners is too harsh for the scalp. I dont for one recommend head and shoulders as still its too stronger fragrance, you need a mild shampoo but then it also might dry your hair and it might not leave it as soft as you want. Have you tried T-Gel or vosene, Ive tried both and I admit that they T-Gel worked and it didnt come back until I started to use my normal shampoo that like pantene in the first place.

Have you tired a herbal shampoo that has no chemicals in it you might have to pay more but its worth it if it works.

Lush do shampoo bars and shampoo and conditioner for dandruff so you could try these.
Im just curious would you be able to email me and tell me the shampoo you are currently using. Thanks

find a kiehl's store and get some of their anti dandruff shampoo and oil treatment.

I purchased some in the US after getting so fed up with all the other products out there on the market not working. have tried head and shoulders and nizoral etc.

Vinegar. Mix your shampoo with an equal amount of vinegar. Wash your hair with that. Then you need to use a good conditioner. The dandruffs will go away in less than a week.

my trick is to make a cure: apply extra-virgin-oil in a recycled small plastic bottle with a small whole onto scalp and massage very gently, let rest 20 min. put a small amount of baby shampoo on the palm of your hands and
rub them against each-other to spread. put over your hair first and gently work into hair before adding any water. rinse throughout with warm water. use one cup of buttermilk as a conditioner, rinse just with warm water. Avoid agressive products for a while that dry out scalp such as mousse and gel and spray and perfumed shampoos... Repeat once a week, after one month the problem should be gone. Byebye

Nizarol. I had a huge dandruff problem so I asked my doctor and she reccomended it. You can really see the improvement after you use it. It costs about $11 per 250ml bottle but you only need 1 spoon every time you use it.

Head & Shoulders? Well dandruff is when your scalp is peeling because of a harsh prouduct you may be using. Try changing your hair products to see which on is to harsh.

try using extra virgin Olive oil that you get out of the grocery department. leave it in for about five minutes combing throughly. Then rinse your hair with warm water. This is an old school remedy my grandmother taught me when my children were younger to use on their heads for cradle crap.
