Date or have sex with? Date yes. Sex depends on the state. In CA 16 is the legal age as long as both are between 16 and 17. If over 18 then it's 18. A 17 year old having sex with a 14 year old is statutory rape. 14 is the trigger age...if under it's child molestation.

It's not rape if the girl didn't say no.
If you are having sex with a fourteen year old girl & she want's to then it's not illigal.
If say you were eighteen years old then that is considered illigal. This is when things may get a little tricky, because if you two are having sex & say you guys had an arguement & she hated you or was cold hearted she COULD go to the police & file a rape report on you. That is a chance...but if you trust her enough that she wont do that then it's ok. I'm just letting you know that cases like that are likely & they DO happen.

Good luck !

It depends on what state that you live in but I'm pretty sure where ever you are you can be charged. It doesn't sound too bad with you guys only beng 3 years apart but it's still the law. You may want to wait until she is legal before you continue the relationship becasue if her parents find out about it they can call the police and you could be charged.

You can date her but why would you? Why not date someone your own age? If you sleep with a 14 year old...that's bad. Are you ready for a child...is she even ready for sex? The answer is no. If you care for each other then wait until you are really old enough to do something about it.

you can go out with her but if yu have sex you'll be charged with rape. I know this because my niece (13) went out with a 15-year old. they had sex and were caught because they did it in a public place. (wow.) And he was charged with rape even though she submitted to it.

Um...dating is different than having sex with the girl. So unless you have sex with her there is no way you can be charged with rape. If you have sex with her, it's possible, though. So wait until she is legal.
