It's been almost three weeks. Should it be taking this long?

Call them. Maybe it's on back order.

No it shouldnt take that long but I'd give them a call and see whats taking so long. Ask them if there was any tracking number that was sent with your order so you can see where its at. If they use the post office to send things, then expect things to take some time. I personally hate the post office, but when thats their only method of shipping, theres not much you can do. As I said, give them a call and if for some reason they havent shipped it yet, ask to speak to a supervisor and demand answers why you havent gotten your order. Just remember not to be rude, just firm with them.
