I'm married and have a husband. he and I share a girlfriend in the bed room. me and her always stay up late doing "it" while he sleeps, the thing is we do "it" after i get done with him. can that ruin my health?

depends on what type of health you're talking about. all that's telling us is that you two have a lot more energy than he does. is it bad for the relationship; on the surface no, because you're getting yours, far more than you would otherwise if you two didn't have this arrangement. at the end of the day it probably is once he realizes what's going on, though he may not care at the moment.
if it's bothering you though you eventually have to do the right thing and bring it up to him and see where that goes. good luck with it; this is the type of thing that could last forever, if you can keep your mouth shut as long. i assume if he knew that he was a rather small, and insignificant part of this arrangement he wouldn't be up for it anymore, and then you'd have to digress to sneaking around for kicks, like the rest of us have to ...

As long as all three of you guys are healthy and STD free then you should be fine. A more important question is how does your husbnd fall asleep with two women in his bed? You may want to check his pulse or something.
