Hey Liza,

The first person is right to ask you where to start. If you look below, you will see ZABASEARCH, which only works fantastic in the USA. Also a UK phone book. There are other tools for other countries too. Search in each country for White Pages, then use them.

You might try a search by an identification number such as a social security number in the US.
