Devon or Cornwall

Amazing beaches and loads of countryside. Warmest weather in England. Not that built up compared to the rest of England.

Can be sucky for jobs though.

Cities - i think Bath is amazing.

NOT Portsmouth. It's got the highest counts of Rape and STDs in the whole of the UK. It's not a nice place really.

Really can't tell you mate. If everybody knew, everybody would want to live here, wouldn't they? Thus spoiling it for those of us already here and making somewhere else the best place to live.......

I dont know about living there, but York is a beautiful city.
