I often heat up leftovers for breakfast. Soup is also nutritious and quick. Flavored oatmeal or reqular oatmeal with cinamon is good.

you can have fruit, yogurt, pancakes, toast,
fruit salad:
take your fav fruits and mix them together
you can also put fruit in yogurt
or freeze fruit a day before and take them out to eat when you wake up!
