How can i be sure?

I have been friends with this girl for a year now and i really really like her, problem is she has a boyfriend already. I think she likes me too because she sends me messages telling me she loves me and misses me and always wants me to go to movies with her and i only knew her for a year but her friends at school knew her for over 5 years and she stopped hanging out with them and she hangs out with me ( her boyfriend doesnt go to our school). she ALWAYS tells me she loves me and needs me and to me it seems like she likes me but how can i be sure?

well you need to think about this because she does not seem right. She has a boyfriend and yet telling you she loves you....this means one of two things. She is stringing you along for when her relationship ends with this other guy, or she does not have good intent with either of you, which means she may consider cheating on him. Does not sound as if she really loves you, if she did she would have ended her other relationship already. And even if she does end it, do you really want a girl would would date one guy and hang all over another, what would stop her from doing the same to you, good luck but i would say find another girl.

Are you sure that she's telling you she loves you the way you want her to love you or are you just hearing it, wishing and believing it's what you want, I'm not trying to bring you down, but, if she truly loved you, and I mean YOU, then why wouldn't she break it off with the boyfriend, and boyfriends or when she was between get with just you...I hope she does and if you are in school, you are going to go through so many loves and heartaches that the ones that are really true, will last but, you have to get out there and go through love and know it, in order to love, and it sounds like you are just getting the leftovers when she's not with her boyfriend. It's like the old saying, "if you love them set them free, and if they come back they are yours forever" so don't be all the time available to her, listen and watch like you are not you, like someone else and see if she is giving you mixxed signals or you just thinking this, and if you do this you will find out on your own, if she really loves you. And by this, it's a technique used, to see what is really happening when you are so close you can't see, you listen to what you say, what she says, step out of your body, so to speak and listen again, and see how it sounds, if you still think she truly loves you like you want, then tell her, tell her the truth, tell her everything, that you want her, you love her, that if she loves you, for her to say it, and say it, but also do it, love isn't just words, it's what you do for someone, the action speaks louder than words...I hope you are right and she does love you, but, don't make yourself so available, go with your friends go out with girls besides her ect...then you will truly see, good luck.

i think she wants you to make the lines more clear...she is probably scared you dont feel the same way so she says she loves you and needs you to get you to make the first move ...if you love her dont be afraid tell her...she'll probably dump her boyfriend...my fiance and i were friends first right after i dumped his friend or his friend dumped me i cant remember he got my # from him and we got closer and started dating 4 years later we have a 2 year old and are getting married this summer --if its meant to be it'll work out trust me....good luck!!

i would say that she likes you as and is trying to give you hints twards it or she likes you as a friend and wants to get to know you better and then you can be great friends and you will be the runner up toward her boyfriend who knows she may dump him for you
