I am 5'7 and weigh 190 pounds but i really dont know how much i wanna loose and what weight i would look good at because im a biggger guy i have big bones. What can i do to loose weight and get toned up at the gym. What is a good routine? And is it true u can only loose weight by your calorie deficient like i eat 1500 calories but i have to burn 2000 so my deficent is 500. Can someone please help me?
